You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content or technology without our prior written consent. Limited use for personal, non-commercial reference is permitted where consistent with these Terms.

4. SHROOKScore and Content

Our SHROOKScore and other scores, ratings, and editorial content are for informational purposes only. They are produced using our proprietary AI-driven aggregation and human-validated processes and are subject to the disclaimers below. We strive for accuracy and transparency, including by providing source references where applicable, but we do not guarantee the completeness or suitability of any content for any particular decision. You should conduct your own research and not rely solely on our content for critical decisions.

5. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
